We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Associate to join our team. The role involves reaching out to potential customers regarding E-vehicles, qualifying leads, and providing exceptional customer service. If you are a proactive communicator with a knack for understanding customer needs, we would love to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Qualification**: Make outbound calls to potential customers interested in E-vehicles, qualify leads, and ensure they meet the set criteria.
- **Follow-up**: Follow up with leads to maintain interest and nurture them through the sales funnel.
- **Data Management**: Accurately record and update customer information, feedback, and interaction details in the CRM system.
- **Problem Resolution**: Handle customer queries and complaints efficiently, escalating issues when necessary.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on lead generation strategies and feedback.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Telecaller or in a customer support role.
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Telugu languages is mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving set targets.
