**Location**:Delhi

**Responsibilities**:

- Interact with customers via Calls and resolve their queries -Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries. -Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Follow company process accurately and efficiently.

**Requirements**:

- Proven Work Experience of 1 year in Customer Support.
- Education Qualification - Any graduate.
- Excellent communication skills and English and Tamil is must.
- Proactive and self-sufficient individual who is action-oriented, solutions focused.

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
