**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls to address customer queries and provide support.
- Resolve customer issues and queries effectively, ensuring timely solutions.
- Upsell AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) and other relevant services to existing customers.
- Maintain a deep understanding of company products and services to offer the best possible solutions to customers.
- Build strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups and prompt communication.
- Document customer interactions, queries, and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth resolution of technical or operational issues.
- Proactively reach out to customers for feedback, upsell opportunities, and relationship management.
- Achieve and exceed customer satisfaction targets.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in customer handling, query resolution, and upselling.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proven experience in handling customer queries, managing relationships, and upselling services.
- Basic understanding of company products and AMC services.
- Previous experience in a tech or service-oriented industry.
- Experience in upselling and cross-selling products/services

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
