As a Customer Support Executive, you’ll play a crucial role in building and maintaining positive customer relationships while ensuring all interactions reflect our commitment to excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Issue Resolution**: Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively by collaborating with internal teams and escalating complex cases when necessary.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay updated on 1mcv’s services and offerings to provide accurate information and guide customers effectively.
- **Feedback Collection**: Record and relay customer feedback to help improve the platform and enhance user experience.
- **Customer Retention**: Proactively reach out to customers to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and strengthen relationships.
- **Documentation**: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolution steps in the CRM system.
- **Target Achievement**: Meet and exceed customer service KPIs such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
