**About ScrapUncle**
ScrapUncle
- The Online Kabadiwala is an early-stage startup (5 members in the team) with a vision to bring about a systematic change in India's recyclable waste management problem. ScrapUncle's digital recycling platform (App/Web) enables users to dispose of their recyclables (“Kabad”) in a responsible and rewarding manner. Users (Households & Enterprises) can simply schedule a doorstep pickup for their recyclables (Paper, Plastics, Metals, Ewaste) & get paid for them.
Currently operating in Delhi NCR, over the last 20 months ScrapUncle has received more than 60000 signups and has diverted more than 1.3 Million Kgs of recyclables from landfills to recycling units.
**About the Job**
Key Responsibilities:
- Making confirmation calls to customers and providing them with necessary information.
- Assigning pickups to different drivers and optimising routes for them.
- Coordinating between the customers and the pickup teams through phone calls.
- Taking ownership of managing daily scrap pickup operations.
**Salary**: 2.4-3.0 LPA; Appraisals will be provided based on your performance and the growth of the company.
**Location**: Okhla Phase-3, Delhi
**Who should apply**:
- Any entrepreneurship experience will be viewed favourably
- Good planning and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
