**Job Title**: Customer Support Executive (Fresher)

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide troubleshooting support and product/service information.
- Record and update customer interactions in the system.
- Escalate unresolved issues to senior support teams.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Basic problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹10,244.03 - ₹17,421.70 per month
