**Role Overview - Customer Support Executive**
We are seeking a proactive and empathetic **Customer Support Executive** to join our vibrant team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about helping students and ensuring an excellent user experience. As the first point of contact for many students and parents, your primary responsibility will be to resolve queries, provide accurate information, and ensure satisfaction across various touchpoints.
Since you will be interacting with clients from **diverse countries and backgrounds**, **strong English proficiency (both written and spoken) is a must**.
This is an on-site, full-time position. Working hours are **Monday through Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM**.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Guide users on using the platform effectively and troubleshoot basic issues.
- Escalate complex issues to relevant teams and ensure follow-up until resolution.
- Collect and act on user feedback to improve support quality and customer experience.
- Contribute to maintaining a positive brand image and high customer satisfaction.
**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Fluent in English** - Excellent verbal and written communication is **essential**.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with a global audience.
- Patience, empathy, and a problem-solving mindset.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
