**About The Fresh Tokri**:
The Fresh Tokri is a fast-growing startup delivering high-quality fruits and vegetables. We're on a mission to make fresh produce accessible and convenient for every household.

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented **Customer Support Representative** to join our on-site team. You will act as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring timely and effective resolution of queries, complaints, and feedback. This role is key in maintaining our service quality and enhancing customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and resolve customer complaints, returns, or delivery issues.
- Coordinate with delivery and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collect and document customer feedback to help improve service quality.
- Assist in post-sales support and building long-term relationships with customers.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum graduate preferred.
- 2-4 years of experience in customer service or support (preferably in an e-commerce or retail setting).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and WhatsApp Business tools is a plus.
- A positive attitude, patience, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Willingness to work from the office location full-time.
