Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with school leadership to understand staffing needs and role requirements
- Manage job postings across platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, local networks)
- Conduct reference checks and coordinate background verifications
- Organize recruitment drives and walk-in interviews
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires

**Requirements**:

- 2-5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in education or childcare
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to assess soft skills and cultural fit
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms
- Passion for early childhood education and child-centric environments

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
