Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Early Childhood Educator who will lead and help establish our Parent–Toddler Program for children aged 1.5 to 3 years. The educator will design and deliver developmentally appropriate activities that encourage early learning, bonding, sensory exploration, and positive parent–child interaction.


Program sessions will run 4 days a week for 3–4 hours per day, with additional time dedicated to planning, coordination, and enhancing the overall learning experience. The role requires strong communication skills, creativity, structure, and the ability to create a warm, nurturing environment for toddlers and their parents.


Key Responsibilities

  • Help conceptualize, design, and set up the Parent–Toddler Program.
  • Lead engaging sessions including sensory play, music & movement, storytelling, and foundational early-learning activities.
  • Create a safe, joyful, and developmentally supportive environment for toddlers and their parents.
  • Develop weekly session plans and activity frameworks.
  • Guide parents during activities to foster meaningful engagement and learning.
  • Work closely with the school team to ensure smooth operation of the program.


Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a parent–toddler program, early childhood centre, preschool, or similar setting.
  • Strong understanding of toddler development and early-learning methodologies.
  • Warm, energetic, and creative approach with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to confidently manage small groups and lead interactive sessions.
  • Relevant certifications or qualifications in early childhood education are an advantage.
  • Based in Delhi/Gurgaon with the ability to travel to Rohtak (transportation can be arranged).


  • Candidates from Delhi/Gurgaon are preferred; the campus is approximately 1 hour from Delhi Airport, and daily transportation to Rohtak can be arranged.
