Roles and Responsibilities:

• Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that foster cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
• Maintain a safe, stimulating, and nurturing classroom atmosphere for children.
• Use storytelling, art, music, and play-based learning to make lessons engaging and effective.
• Observe, assess, and document each child's progress and communicate with parents regularly.
• Encourage positive interactions and teamwork among children.
• Organize and participate in school events, celebrations, and activities.
• Collaborate with colleagues and the school administration to enhance the preschool program.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education / Nursery Teaching / Montessori Training or equivalent qualification.
• Prior experience as a preschool or kindergarten teacher preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Warm, patient, and caring personality with a passion for working with young children.
• Creative, energetic, and organized teaching approach.
