**Position**: Pre Primary Teacher (Female)

**Locations**:10th, Gallaria Towers, 1016, DLF Phase IV, Gurugram, Haryana 122009

**Centre Name**:Think Right Education Centre

**Position Type & Compensation**:

- **Full-Time**:10:00 AM - 7:00 PM | Salary: ₹40,000 per month
- **Working Days**: Monday to Saturday (6 days per week)

**Educational Requirements**:

- Graduate/Post-Graduate/Diploma in relevant fields.
- Minimum 5+ years of preschool teaching experience.
- Bond Requirement: Two-year bond commitment required.

**Responsibilities**:
⦁ Good Communication & Presentation skills
⦁ Quick learner & Passionate to teach
⦁ Preschool/primary school experience will be preferred
⦁ Potential to handle kids from 1 year till 8 years of age.
⦁ Capable of presenting lessons with instructions and use visual and audio aids to facilitate learning sessions
⦁ Good judgement skills to evaluate students progress and create progress reports to be shared with parents
⦁ Collaborate with parents, other teachers, and stakeholders, and attend regular meetings
⦁ Observe student behavior and report the same to parents on regular basis.
⦁ Flexible to learn different ways of teaching and implementing the same to meet the interests and learning styles of students as per our fixed plan.
⦁ Capable of creating a safe and inclusive learning environment
⦁ Education Industry experience 2+ years
