**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver age-appropriate lessons that align with the school's curriculum and early childhood learning outcomes.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that promotes curiosity and a love of learning.
- Support children's physical, emotional, cognitive, and social development through structured and play-based activities.
- Use various assessment tools to monitor and document student progress.
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student development, achievements, and concerns.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers, assistants, and support staff to create a cohesive learning experience.
- Incorporate differentiated instruction to meet the diverse needs of learners.
- Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, staff training, and other professional development opportunities.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and child-friendly classroom.
- Follow school policies and adhere to all health and safety regulations.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, or a related field (required).
- Teaching certification/licensure (as required by local education authorities).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience working with children in early years or kindergarten settings.
- Strong knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices.
- Familiarity with [Insert Curriculum, e.g., EYFS, Reggio Emilia, Montessori, IB PYP] is a plus.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
- A patient, enthusiastic, and compassionate approach to teaching young children.
