**Overview**:
This role is the custodian of the brand ‘ThinkRight’ and crucial in managing and

establishing it on the Digital Media through Marketing, campaigns and basic Digital Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
**Marketing Support**:

- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote ThinkRight programs.
- Create content for social media platforms, newsletters, lesson plans and other marketing materials.
- Maintaining the Brand guidelines and ensuring consistency across all communication touchpoints

Digital Presence:

- Manage Social Media presence
- Manage SEO, Blogs
- Monitor PPC Campaigns based on the strategy
- Work with respective partners to maintain PR & Media presence
- Interact with Partners such as influencers, Collaborators etc

Customer Engagement:

- Create & Implement Marketing campaigns for existing customers
- Create content for Customer Outreach program

**Qualifications**:

- Any Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in customer service, marketing, or a related role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

**Location**:Gurgaon Based (must be willing to travel across NCR, and outside if required)

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
