**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Digital Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to promote our real estate offerings, increase brand awareness, and drive lead generation.

**Key Responsibilities**:
2. Manage and optimize company website and landing pages to improve user experience and drive conversions.
3. Create engaging and compelling content for digital platforms, including blog posts, articles, videos, and social media posts.
4. Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using web analytics tools and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
5. Manage social media accounts, including content creation, posting, engagement, and community management.
6. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, design, and development, to ensure alignment of marketing efforts and messaging.
7. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, real estate industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
8. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
9. Assist in the planning and execution of events, webinars, and other promotional activities.
10. Prepare regular reports and presentations on digital marketing performance and outcomes.

**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
2. Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.
3. Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
6. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
10. Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and content marketing principles is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹10,000.00 per month
