We are urgently hiring for **Digital Marketing Executive for Gurgaon.**

**Key Responsibilities**:
Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign effectiveness.
Manage social media accounts, engage with followers, and create compelling content to increase brand visibility and engagement.
Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for SEO to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics, videos, and other multimedia content for digital marketing campaigns.
Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, and implement innovative strategies to reach target audiences effectively.
Work closely with other teams such as sales, product development, and customer service to align digital marketing efforts with overall business goals.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, conversion rates, and social media engagement to track the success of digital marketing initiatives.
Assist in budget planning and management for digital marketing campaigns, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve desired outcomes.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Proven experience in digital marketing in Real Estate Industry with a strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative digital marketing strategies.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience with paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) is a plus.
