Job Description:
**Responsibilities**:
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company website and generate leads.

Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

Create and curate engaging content for social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn) to increase brand visibility and engagement.

Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics and social media analytics platforms.

Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for search engines (SEO) to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic.

Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., design, content, sales) to create digital marketing assets and coordinate campaign launches.

Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing, and propose innovative ideas for campaign optimization.

Monitor competitors' digital marketing activities and identify opportunities for improvement and differentiation.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B or technology-focused industry.

Proven track record of planning and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.

Experience with digital marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights) and data-driven decision-making.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital marketing software/tools.

Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads certification, HubSpot Inbound certification) are a plus.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
