**Job Title: Experienced Personal Assistant (Full-Time)**
**Location: Sector 46, Gurugram**
We are looking for a highly organized, experienced, and proactive **Personal Assistant** to support a senior executive. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong task management, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal team members.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle and screen incoming phone calls professionally.
- Manage daily task lists, calendar scheduling, and timely reminders.
- Provide ongoing support across meetings, deadlines, and operational activities.
- Delegate tasks to team members and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Maintain communication clarity between the executive and staff.
- Anticipate needs and streamline processes for better efficiency.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage time-sensitive tasks with accuracy and discretion.
- Experience with Google Workspace, WhatsApp, and task management tools.
- High level of reliability, integrity, and professionalism.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
