We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Director/Manager and contribute to the efficient operation of the executive office.
**Responsibilities**:
Calendar Management:
- Maintain and organize daily schedules, appointments, and meetings for the executive.
- Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings, ensuring timely attendance.
Communication:
- Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Travel Coordination:
- Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics for business trips.
- Ensure all travel plans align with the executive's schedule and preferences.
Documentation and Filing:
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files, ensuring easy retrieval.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
Task Prioritization:
- Prioritize tasks and manage the executive's to-do list, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Anticipate needs and proactively address issues to facilitate smooth operations.
Meeting Support:
- Prepare meeting agendas, documents, and presentations.
- Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Office Management:
- Oversee general office operations and supplies.
- Liaise with other team members and departments as needed.
Personal Support:
- Provide personal assistance as required, such as managing personal appointments and errands.
**Requirements**:
- Only Female Preferred
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Education and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
