**Designation**: Chat Associate

**Process**: Non Voice Process

**Salary**: 25k CTC per month

**Experience**: Min 1 year of experience in voice or chat

**Qualification**: Graduation must

**Skillset**: Proficiency in English

**Strong typing skills**(30 words per minute with 90% accuracy)

**Shifts**: 6 days working with 1 rotational off
(Between 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, any 9 hours shift)

**Location**: Marathahalli, Bangalore.

Immediate joiners will be given priority.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Handle chat-based customer service processes efficiently.
- Engage with customers through chat to address their queries and concerns.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve performance targets.

**Tests to be Conducted (Interview Rounds)**:
Versant writing test - B1 and above.

Typing - 30 words with 90% accuracy.

Ops Round (Stability checks).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹276,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
