We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Implementation Fresher to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals new to the field who are eager to learn and grow in a technology-driven environment. As an Implementation Fresher, you will assist in the deployment and customization of our solutions, ensuring that clients’ requirements are met with high-quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Assist with the implementation and configuration of software solutions based on client requirements.

Work closely with senior team members to understand project requirements, timelines, and goals.

Participate in training sessions to gain an in-depth understanding of the company’s products and services.

Collaborate with the technical team to identify and troubleshoot any setup or configuration issues.

Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and gather feedback.

Document each phase of the implementation process to ensure accurate records.

Provide post-implementation support to address any immediate concerns or issues.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Basic knowledge of software implementation processes is a plus.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
