**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Implementation & Configuration**:

- Deploy ERPNext solutions by configuring modules such as HR, Finance, Sales, Inventory, and more.
- Customize forms, reports, and workflows according to client requirements.
- **Requirements Gathering & Analysis**:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and requirements.
- Translate business needs into technical configurations and system enhancements.
- **Client Training & Support**:

- Conduct user training sessions to ensure effective use of ERPNext features.
- Provide ongoing support during and after the implementation to resolve issues.
- **Testing & Troubleshooting**:

- Perform system testing to ensure accuracy and completeness of configurations.
- Identify and resolve bugs or issues in the system.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain detailed documentation of implementation processes, configurations, and user manuals.
- Provide regular updates and status reports to the project manager and stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2 years to 7 years of experience in ERP implementation, preferably ERPNext.
- Basic understanding of business processes in finance, HR, inventory, or sales.

**Skills Required**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, or scripting languages (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with Frappe Framework.
- Basic understanding of Linux server environments and ERPNext deployment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
