**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Data Migration and Validation**:
- Verify and cross-check data consistency and accuracy between old and new ERP systems.
- Highlight and resolve data discrepancies in collaboration with stakeholders.
- **Training and Support**:
- Understand ERP software functionality thoroughly.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users and provide ongoing assistance.
- Act as the first point of contact for troubleshooting and queries during the transition phase.
- **Project Coordination and Monitoring**:
- Assist in project planning, tracking milestones, and ensuring timely task completion.
- Follow up with team members and departments to expedite implementation activities.
- **Process Improvement**:
- Identify inefficiencies in existing workflows and suggest improvements that align with the new ERP system.
- Collaborate with teams to implement process changes effectively.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:
- Utilize advanced Excel skills to create detailed reports, dashboards, and analyses to support decision-making.
- Maintain accurate records to support project audits and performance tracking.
- **Audit and Quality Assurance**:
- Maintain an auditor’s mindset to ensure compliance with project guidelines and identify gaps in processes or data.
- Conduct regular quality checks to confirm the integrity of data and workflows.
- **Team Engagement and Execution**:
- Foster strong collaboration across departments to ensure smooth implementation.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and drive them to successful completion.
**Key Performance Indicators (KRA)**:
- **Data Migration**:
- Accuracy and completeness of migrated data.
- Resolution of discrepancies within defined timelines.
- **Training and Adoption**:
- Number of end-users trained effectively and their feedback scores.
- Reduction in support tickets over time.
- **Project Execution**:
- Timely achievement of project milestones and adherence to budget.
- **Process Improvements**:
- Implementation of measurable improvements in workflows.
- Reduction in errors or redundancies due to process changes.
- **Reporting Accuracy**:
- Timeliness and accuracy of reports, dashboards, and analyses.
**Desired Skills and Qualifications**:
- **Experience**:
- 1-2 years in a similar role involving data validation, project coordination, or ERP implementation.
- **Technical Skills**:
- Proficient in Excel with at least 2 years of hands-on experience (advanced formulas, data analysis, and reporting).
- Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
- **Soft Skills**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to train users and follow up with teams.
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines effectively.
