**Designation: ERP Coordinator**

**Location: Mumbai**

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for handling and implementing typical ERP Software practices and processes (Inventory Management, Purchase, BOQ, Document Management, CRM, HRMS, Quality, etc.)
- Develop and maintain procedures, guides, and other technical documentation as needed
- Assist with the planning/management of various assigned IT-related projects
- Support end-users on the system ensuring they are aware of new functionalities and efficient usage of the ERP System
- Creating Master Database, maintaining Database, Data collection, and analysis, Report/dashboard generation
- Responsible for coordinating with various departments for successful implementation of ERP system
- A Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field
- Knowledge of ERP Software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong Knowledge of Google workspace, Microsoft Office Suite specifically Excel, Outlook, and MS Word
- Sound knowledge of IT Functions is a must

**Employment Type**:Full Time, Permanent

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹700,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chembur, Mumbai - 400071, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- ERP systems: 3 years (required)
