Job Title: ERP Implementation Engineer (Finance Domain)

Location: Kanjur Marg Mumbai (Central Railway Line)

Department: Implementation / Product Support

Reports To: Implementation Manager / Project Lead

Job Summary:

We are looking for an Implementation Engineer with a strong finance background to manage end-to-end deployment of our software solutions for clients. The role involves requirement gathering, system configuration, testing, training, and providing post-implementation support. Candidates should have a sound understanding of financial processes (Accounting, ERP, Taxation, Payroll, etc.) and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Work with clients to gather business requirements and map them with system functionalities.

Configure, customize, and implement ERP/Finance modules (GL, AR, AP, Asset Management, Payroll, etc.).

Conduct system testing, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and troubleshoot issues during implementation.

Provide training to client teams on system usage and finance module functionalities.

Collaborate with development and product teams to resolve client requirements.

Prepare documentation including process flows, user manuals, and implementation reports.

Support clients post-go-live and ensure smooth transition.

Ensure project timelines, quality standards, and deliverables are met.

Understand client's finance operations and provide best practice recommendations.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Engineering (CA/ICWA/MBA Finance preferred).

2–5 years of experience in ERP/Software Implementation in finance domain.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, payroll, and financial reporting.

Technical exposure to ERP platforms, SQL, or related tools is an added advantage

Excellent communication and client interaction skills.

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and documentation abilities.

Ability to manage multiple projects and work under deadlines.
