**About the Role**

As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be the **face of the brand** in our retail stores — delivering a premium shopping experience, driving sales through meaningful conversations, and ensuring every customer walks out delighted. This role is ideal for individuals with **excellent communication, sales acumen**, and a passion for creating memorable customer experiences.

✨ **Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver an **exceptional in-store customer experience**, ensuring every interaction reflects the brand’s premium positioning.
- Drive **tele-calling and lead closures**, converting prospects into loyal customers.
- Communicate confidently and clearly in **fluent English**, creating trust and comfort for customers.
- Demonstrate strong **consultative selling skills** to understand customer needs and offer the right product solutions.
- Exhibit thorough **product knowledge** and articulate features and benefits effectively.
- Execute **lead management and follow-ups** systematically to boost conversions.
- Support day-to-day **store operations** — including merchandising, billing, and reporting.
- Maintain a **professional appearance and behavior**, embodying the brand’s values at all times.
- Collaborate with the store team to **achieve and exceed monthly sales targets**.
- Handle customer concerns with **empathy, ownership, and urgency** to ensure complete satisfaction.
