Outbound Sales Executive

**About Us**:
**Job Title**: Outside Sales Representative**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Acquisition**:
- Identify and prospect potential clients through field visits, networking, and market research.
- Conduct in-person meetings to present Sturdy Groups’ services and offerings.
- **Lead Conversion**:
- Follow up on leads generated by the marketing team and convert them into customers.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide customized solutions.
- **Market Research and Strategy**:
- Gather market insights and competitor information to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide feedback to the marketing and sales team to refine strategies and improve customer acquisition efforts.
- **Sales Presentations**:
- Deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing Sturdy Groups' expertise and services.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, sales activities, and progress in CRM tools.
- Provide regular sales reports to the management team.
- **Collaboration**:
- Work closely with internal teams, including project managers and designers, to ensure smooth execution of client projects.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- **Education**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**:
- 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the construction, real estate, or interior design industry.
- **Skills**:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both in English and Kannada.
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- **Other Requirements**:
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within Bangalore.
- Knowledge of the construction and interiors market in Bangalore is a plus.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
