**Job Title: Outbound Sales Executive**
**Preferred Location: Bengaluru**
**Joining: Immediate joiner**
**Responsibilities**:
**-Interact with customers through Calls. (Voice Process)**
**-Recommend potential products or services to customers by analyzing customer needs.**
**-Focus on achieving targets based on call quality, connectivity and sales conversion.**
**-Understand the customer's queries and identify the customer's needs and give the best resolution to the customer.**
**-Maintain relationships with customers by providing support, information, and guidance and providing them with 100% satisfaction with the product they purchase.**
**-Focus on quality of work and documentation of the action as well.**
**-Be a team player and maintain team spirit, positive energy at work.**
**Skills required**:
**-Customer Relationship Management**
**-Basic Excel skills**
**-Communication skills in English, Kannada and Hindi. Additional languages are an added advantage.**
**Key Skills: Inside Sales, Cold calling, Customer Management, Sales Management.**
**Education Qualification**:
**-Any degree is acceptable**
**Eligibility**:
**-Freshers or 1+ years of experience**
**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift

- Performance bonus
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Yelahanka, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
