**Position**: Business Executive
**Location**: Talegaon Dabhade, Pune, Maharashtra
**Educational Qualification**: Preferably B.Tech (Agri Engg.)/ B.Sc (Agriculture/ Horticulture) / Any Graduate from same Industry and or MBA/PGDBM
**Responsibilities**:
- **Main responsibility is to drive sales results in Assigned area**:
- _Develop strong dealer network across assigned Area. _
- _Develop, establish and maintain marketing strategies to meet organizational goals; analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information._
- _Preparation of monthly/ yearly sales projections, targets based on market scenario and scope, employee and dealers' strength etc.; build good relationships with potential and existing Buyers, dealers._
- _Responsible for achievement of AOP & Market Share._
- _Responsible for implementation of Micro Planning which includes - channel development, marketing activities e.g., Farmer meetings exposure visits, product campaigns etc._
- _Competitor Business analysis & model in the said territory_
- _Liaison with Govt. & Bank officials. _
- _Continuously improve sales performance through defining and refining best practices. Lead by example by affecting direct sales_
- _Be available to travel frequently to territories to support Dealers/ Fabricators /field work._
- _Coordinate with Head office to ensure smooth execution of sales, required materials and information to promote the company’s products and services are available _
**Essential Qualifications**:
- Passion to work as an owner of the company and having a hungry, entrepreneurial mindset. Willingness to work across states.
- **This position is for professionals who truly love being in sales function and intend to build a long-term career prospect in this function.**:
- Should have experience in **Channel/** **direct sales** of below products to opinion makers or have experience in affecting the product/services sales by influencing the opinion makers in their respective rural territories
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales/marketing of micro irrigation and other irrigation equipment's, shade / insect net, Plastic film for Greenhouse / Polyhouse / Mulch / Farm ponds, Geomembrane liners, Seeds, Pesticides/ Insecticides other agriculture inputs and must have an in-depth exposure to rural markets
**Compensation**:
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Supplemental Pay:
- Commission pay
