**Key Responsibilities**:

- Convert qualified leads into confirmed bookings through structured sales interactions.
- Conduct site visits, explain project details, pricing, and inventory to prospective buyers.
- Negotiate and finalize deals as per pricing strategy and incentive structures.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for referrals and repeat sales.
- Coordinate with legal, CRM, and post-sales teams to ensure a smooth handover after booking.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasting, and feedback to management.
- Act as a key representative of the project during roadshows, events, and channel partner engagements.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in closing residential/commercial real estate sales.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of RERA, documentation process, and real estate legalities.
- Comfortable working under targets and deadlines.
- Strong networking with HNIs, investors, and channel partners is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
