- 5 Years in Sales Field or similar role.
- Minimum experience:

- 1 To 3 Years of Proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.

Education:

- Diploma / Any Graduate

Skillset:

- Good communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office

**Profile Introduction**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Prospect and identify potential clients through various channels including networking events, referrals, and online platforms.
- Conduct property tours and provide detailed information to clients regarding available properties.
- Negotiate contracts and terms of sale to ensure a mutually beneficial agreement for both the client and the company.
- Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, property values, and industry regulations to provide informed guidance to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing and legal to ensure seamless transaction processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and continuously seek opportunities for professional development.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics and trends.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Valid real estate license or willingness to obtain one.
- Languages:

- English, Hindi and Marathi
