**Job Title**: B2B Corporate Sales Executive/Manager

**Location**: Pune

**Reports To**: Sales Director/Regional Manager

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Business Development**:

- Identify and target new business opportunities within the corporate sector.
- Generate leads through networking, cold-calling, and industry events.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve corporate sales targets.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within corporations.
- Understand client needs and tailor product/service offerings to address those needs.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including post-sales support.
- **Sales Strategy & Reporting**:

- Create and present compelling sales proposals to corporate clients.
- Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline progress, and forecast future sales performance.
- **Negotiation & Contracting**:

- Lead negotiations with corporate clients to secure contracts and partnerships.
- Collaborate with legal teams to ensure contracts meet company standards and regulatory requirements.
- **Market Analysis**:

- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to provide insights that improve sales strategy.
- Identify new verticals and opportunities to expand the business’s corporate footprint.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in [industry or sector].
- Strong knowledge of the corporate sales process and business development techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships at senior levels of an organization.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented.

**Experience**:

- 3-5+ years of experience in B2B sales or corporate sales roles.
- Experience selling complex solutions, products, or services to corporate clients.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
