Job Overview*
The B2B Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales of IT products and services, identifying potential clients, building strong business relationships, and achieving defined sales targets. This role acts as a bridge between clients and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
# *Key Responsibilities*
- Develop a deep understanding of company IT products and services.
- Clearly communicate value propositions to B2B clients.
- Research and identify potential clients within target markets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for clients.
- Negotiate pricing and close sales deals effectively.
- Maintain accurate client and sales records using CRM systems.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on lead generation campaigns.
- Provide insights and feedback to internal teams regarding client needs and market trends.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates.
- Follow up on leads, proposals, and ongoing opportunities.
- Ensure high levels of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, events, or trade shows as needed.
*Education:*
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or arelated field (preferred).
*Experience:*
- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or IT/B2B sales (preferred).

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and presentation abilities.
- Effective interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Good understanding of IT products and solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines efficiently.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented mindset.
- Positive attitude and team-oriented approach.
- Analytical thinking with strong problem-solving skills.

- Achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Number of new leads generated and converted.
- Client retention and satisfaction levels.
- Accuracy and completeness of CRM data and reporting.

Compensation: This is a target-based role with both fixed and variable components.
Salary Range: ₹1,50,000 - ₹3,00,000 per Annum (based on performance).
