
Customer Service Representative

Job role:
1. Handle many inbound and outbound calls to customers and clients.
2. Identify the needs of customers, resolve issues, and provide solutions.
3. Upsell other products wherever possible.
4. Ensure you follow the customer service script provided by the company for uniformity.
5. Outcall the users to ensure that they get the desire resolutions/details of the offers.
6. Also, be well read on company policies and the website for FAQs or policy related answers.
7. Maintain good customer relations.
8. Meet personal targets and work towards meeting team targets.
9. Maintain records of the conversations with the customer and analyse the data.
10. Write and submit timely reports on performance, targets, and customer queries.
Qualities required:
1. Prior experience with customer service and call centres in relevant job roles.
2. Good knowledge of CRM practices and systems.
3. Customer oriented attitude with professionalism.
4. Strong multitasking, time management, and target achieving skills.
5. Excellent communication and listening skills with good command over the English language.
6. Clear communication.
7. Friendly attitude with professionalism.
8. A good listener.
9. Strong time management.
10. Empathy.
**Salary**: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
