Customer Service Representative

**Role Description**
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at The Student Scoop.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for the following:
(i) Interaction with students and parents on a routine basis for providing exceptional customer
support, ensuring customer satisfaction and positive customer experience.
(ii) Monitor class schedules to ensure the smooth running of the organization
(iii)Handling assigned administrative responsibilities
(iv)Track and report student performance at regular intervals
(v) Managing fee structure of different programs/batches
(vi) Proactively communicate with students about important announcements, schedule changes, or upcoming events.
(vii) Collect feedback from students and parents to identify areas for improvement within the institute.
**Qualifications**
- Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Customer Service skills
- Strong focus on customer satisfaction and customer experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to empathize with customers and provide effective solutions
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to handle and resolve customer complaints
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Prior experience in customer service roles is a plus
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
