About the Role We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Twitter Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be the frontline support for our customers, ensuring that their inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively through Twitter and other social media channels. You will play a key role in maintaining a positive brand image and enhancing customer satisfaction. Key
**Responsibilities**
- Customer Engagement: Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback on Twitter in a professional, empathetic, and timely manner.
- Bot Training: Using strong written communication abilities to help train our customer service botsBrand Voice: Communicate using the company's tone and style guidelines to ensure a consistent brand presence on Twitter.
- Monitoring & Reporting: Track customer interactions, identify trends in feedback and provide insights to improve customer experience and processes.
- Content Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to answer customer questions about campaigns, promotions, and other public content.
- Proactive Engagement: Identify opportunities to engage with customers and the online community to enhance brand loyalty.
**Qualifications**
- Prior experience in customer service, social media management, Handling Twitter Page
or related roles is preferred.
- **Skills**:
- Strong written English communication skills with a clear and professional tone.
- Ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. o Familiarity with the X platform
- Problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and a customer-first attitude.
- **Tech Savvy**:
Comfort with using customer support platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce) and basic analytics tools.
- **Soft Skills**:
Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help others.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Adaptability to handle different customer personalities and challenging situations.
