**Customer Service Representative (Sales Focused)**

**Location**: Chowpatty, Malabar Hills, Mumbai
**Type**: Full-Time
**Working Hours**: 6 days a week, 8 hours a day

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced sales environment and are adept at leveraging customer service skills to drive sales. While the position is titled "Customer Service Representative," the primary focus will be on making sales calls, including cold calling, engaging potential customers, and converting leads into sales. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to grow their sales skills and make a significant impact on our company's success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct sales calls to prospective customers to promote our products/services.
- Utilize cold calling strategies to identify new sales opportunities and expand our customer base.
- Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Follow up on leads and maintain a pipeline of potential customers.
- Work towards meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets as part of the team's key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and feedback to inform future sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify new sales opportunities and strategies for customer engagement.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and building long-term relationships.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Achievement of monthly sales targets.
- Number of new customers acquired.
- Volume of sales calls made and conversion rates.
- Customer satisfaction and feedback scores.
- Consistency in sales performance and growth over time.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in English and Hindi, with excellent communication skills.
- Proven experience in a sales or customer service role with a focus on meeting sales targets.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of motivation and a drive for achieving sales results.
- Comfortable with making cold calls and engaging with potential customers.
- Ability to work 6 days a week for 8 hours a day.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
