**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Research and target relevant companies and decision-makers across sectors.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings or demos for the sales team.
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate and timely information on lead status and communication history.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies.
- Track performance metrics and report on weekly/monthly lead generation results.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities within the local market.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in domestic business development, inside sales, or lead generation.
- Experience working with CRM software.
- Highly organized, self-driven, and comfortable working with performance targets.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
