**Job Title**: Business Development Manager - Domestic
**Location**: Mohali Punjab

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and research potential domestic clients across targeted industries.
- Engage with prospects to understand their needs and present appropriate solutions.
- Schedule meetings, demos, and follow-up calls to move leads through the sales funnel.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and sales activities using CRM tools.
- Work closely with internal teams (marketing, operations, and product) to ensure client satisfaction and smooth onboarding.
- Regularly analyze outreach performance and optimize lead generation strategies.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market shifts, and competitor activities in the domestic market.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development within the domestic market.
- Strong command over **cold calling techniques**, lead nurturing, and relationship-building.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (and local languages as needed).
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently under mínimal supervision.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
