**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and research potential clients in the domestic market across target industries
- Schedule and conduct discovery calls, demos, or meetings to present our offerings
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Follow up consistently on leads to nurture prospects through the sales funnel
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on messaging and strategy
- Maintain detailed records of outreach efforts, interactions, and status of prospects
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- **Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B lead generation or business development (domestic market preferred)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- **Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in IT services, software sales, consulting, or related industries
- Prior experience working with Indian clients or domestic B2B companies
- Familiarity with sales automation tools and techniques.
- work from office

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
