**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain the executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes as required
- Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Act as a liaison between the executive office and internal departments, clients, vendors, and stakeholders
- Assist in tracking key business metrics, project timelines, and departmental deliverables
- Organize and maintain files, records, and correspondence
- Support in vendor management, purchase orders, and coordination with procurement teams
- Follow up on tasks and action items to ensure timely completion
- Coordinate travel, accommodation, and logistics for the executive and visitors
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and factory/site visits
- Handle special projects and assignments as directed by senior management

- **Administrative Support**:
Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.

Handle incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of executives.
- **Meeting Coordination**:
Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.

Ensure meeting materials are prepared and distributed in advance.
- **Travel Management**:
Arrange and manage travel itineraries, accommodations, and transportation for executives.

Prepare and process expense reports and reimbursement requests.
- **Project Management**:
Assist in planning and executing special projects and events as required.

Track project progress and provide regular updates to the executive team.
- **Office Management**:
Oversee office supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and functionality.

Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure smooth office operations.
- **Confidentiality**:
Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and discretion.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial company
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English, Hindi, and local language preferred)
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure
- Discretion and confidentiality are a must
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes or terminology is an advantage
