**Roles and responsibilities**:

- Performed administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and scheduling meetings.
- Conducted research and compiled data for presentation to executives, committees and boards of directors.
- Answered incoming calls and recorded accurate messages.
- Maintained filing systems both electronically and physically for easy retrieval of data when needed.
- Maintained database of customer information using Excel spreadsheets.
- Coordinated and managed event-planning logistics, budget administration and team oversight.
- Scheduled and coordinated meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for managers or supervisors.
- Gather information, scanned records and maintained confidentiality of electronic data.
- Facilitated the procurement of visa letters for international company representatives attending the event, ensuring smooth participation and compliance with travel requirements.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for directors' official visits, ensuring seamless logistics and accommodations.
- Support senior management in devising and implementing strategies to improve business efficiency, performance and success.
- Managed and maintained executive calendars for C suite executives, efficiently scheduling meetings, conference calls resulting in optimized time allocation and increased productivity.
- Managed comprehensive travel itineraries for C-suite executives, handling all aspects of travel logistics from booking flights and hotels to coordinating ground transportation, resulting in smooth and hassle-free travel experience.
- Received and distributed mail, letters and packages, reserved and managed meeting room availability.
- Provided comprehensive training and mentorship to junior members of the administrative team, imparting procedural knowledge and fostering professional Development.
- Greeted visitors in a professional manner while providing excellent customer service.
- Assisted with onboarding new employees by ensuring that all paperwork was completed correctly prior to start date.
- Set up workshops, conferences and meetings by scheduling and reserving rooms and preparing supplies.
