**Experience**: Min 1 year and Max 2 years as Executive Assistant/Personal Secretary/Personal Assistant to leadership.

**About the Firm**: Dhauladhar Reality And Capital Advisors is a newly established, technology-led investment bank specializing in institutional real estate investments, with a vision to become the preferred advisor in the space.
**Position Summary**: Personal Assistant to the Founder.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Engagement**: Manage meetings, calendars, follow-ups, documentation, greetings, and minutes for clients and active deals.
- **Operations**: Track deals and team progress, ensuring proper documentation., Handle filing, document management, vendor coordination, and troubleshooting.
- **Reports, Research, etc**: Conduct research, presentation, reports as needed.
- **Calling**: Meeting setup/information calls/ cold calls.
**Key Skills**:
- Personal Secretary, Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant.
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Ability to multitask under pressure
- Impeccable written and spoken English (assessment required)
- Advanced proficiency in calendar management, CRM, and vendor coordination
- Expertise in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and social media
**Experience**:
- Executive assistant: 2 years (required)
