**Purpose**: To build, retain trusting relationships with customers and address customer queries.

**Roles and Responsibilities**: Customer Relationship Management

1. Understanding customer needs and developing plans to address them

2. Resolving customer complaints, delivery issues quickly and effectively

3. Retaining customers and asking for referral from repeat customers

4. Interacting with customers through Social Media and addressing their queries

5. Managing the reward points of customers

6. Upsell and cross sell through customer service interactions

7. Analyze and share customer interaction insights to management

**Events & Engagements**:
1. Communicating offers and deals to customers and drive sales

2. Initiate innovative activities for customers in social media and engaging them

3. Coordinating for outbound promotional events organized

**Data Management & Reports**:
1. Adding new customers in the Baby Amore WhatsApp Group

2. Sending MIS Reports to Management periodically

3. Maintaining customer database up to date

Other Responsibilities:
1. Following up payment with the customer

2. Supporting Social Media Team & E Commerce Operations Team as and when required

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
