**JOB DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers at all the times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions like price, product information’s, ingredients, allergen type, shelf life etc.
- Keeping records of customer’s interactions, transactions, comments and compliments.
- Ensuring quality service to customer at each step.
- To be courteous, polite and conscious while interacting and engaging with the customers.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Having confident and good communication skills.
- Maintaining well
- groomed and pleasing appearance.
- Ensuring details of stock updating with manager on timely basis.
- On
- time reporting in the branch.
- Engaging with other employees so as to maintain staff co-ordination.
- Continuous commitment to develop their working skill by participating in training and development programs organized by the company.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher
**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹36,046.92 per month
