Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for an Assistant Manager in Customer Care Services and Claims at Star Health and Allied Insurance Co. Ltd. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for managing customer service teams, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, handling customer support queries, overseeing the claim settlement process, and ensuring quality service delivery. This role requires close coordination with various departments to streamline operations and improve customer experience.
Qualifications
- Customer Service Management, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Strong Analytical Skills and ability to analyze data to improve services
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Relevant experience in the insurance or healthcare industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Strong leadership capabilities and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
