**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement product management activities.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team.
- Responsible with strategic planning, Product positioning, Market Research & Analysis for new market penetration & new product launch.
- Perform sales analysis for product portfolios.
Provide product training to internal and external stakeholders.
- Consult & work with HQ planning team.
- Develop ATL and BTL strategies to support new products launch
**Education & Experience**:
- Minimum education:Higher vocational / professional education (Bachelor Degree)
- Preferred education: University (Master Degree)
**Specific Skills**:
- Degree in relevant discipline
- Two to four years’ experience in direct product development & portfolio management
- Proficient in the English and local language, both written and verbal
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong negotiation, planning & analysis skill
