**Job Overview**:
We are looking for motivated and energetic Business Development Executives (BDEs) who will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and supporting the sales team to achieve company goals. **Key Responsibilities**:
- ** Lead Generation**: Identify and generate new business opportunities through research, outreach, and cold calling.
- ** Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- ** Sales Pitching**: Prepare and present engaging presentations and sales pitches to clients, both in-person and online.
- ** Market Research**: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business trends.
- ** Sales Support**: Collaborate with the sales team to create proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- ** Client Acquisition**: Actively participate in the sales cycle, from prospecting to closing the sale.
- ** CRM Management**: Maintain an accurate database of leads, prospects, and clients in the CRM system.
- ** Reporting**: Track and report on sales and business development metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue growth.
- ** Collaboration**: Work closely with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with company objectives.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive attitude with the willingness to take the initiative.
- Basic understanding of sales processes, customer relationship management, and business development.

- 0-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
