Job Title: Franchise Executive
**Responsibilities**:
Franchise Development: Identify and evaluate potential franchise opportunities, conduct market research, and recommend strategies for expanding the franchise network.
Franchise Sales: Manage the franchise sales process, including lead generation, qualifying prospects, presenting franchise opportunities, negotiating terms, and closing deals.
Franchise Operations: Provide ongoing support and guidance to franchisees, ensuring compliance with brand standards, operational procedures, and franchise agreements.
Training and Support: Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for franchisees, including initial onboarding, ongoing operational support, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with existing franchisees, serving as a trusted advisor and resource for their business needs. Conduct regular franchisee meetings, facilitate networking opportunities, and address any concerns or challenges that arise.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze franchise performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and develop action plans to drive business growth and profitability.
Brand Compliance: Ensure brand consistency across the franchise network by conducting regular audits, providing feedback, and implementing corrective measures as necessary.
Market Expansion: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate new markets for franchise development, conduct feasibility studies, and support the establishment of new franchise locations.
Legal and Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date with franchising laws, regulations, and industry trends. Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and assist in the development and modification of franchise agreements and documentation.
Reporting and Documentation: Prepare accurate and timely reports, presentations, and documentation related to franchise operations, performance, and growth initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
Proven experience in franchise management, preferably in a similar industry.
Strong knowledge of franchising principles, best practices, and industry trends.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees, stakeholders, and internal teams.
Exceptional leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of effectively motivating and guiding a team towards achieving goals.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Demonstrated business acumen and a results-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience working with franchise management software is preferred.
Ability to travel as needed to visit franchise locations and attend industry conferences.
**Salary**: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
