We are hiring Franchise Sales Executives to support our growth by converting pre-qualified leads into successful franchise partners. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a sales mindset, and a passion for building long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Call and follow up with potential franchise leads provided by the company.
  • Explain City Mart's franchise model (FOCO/FOFO), benefits, investment details, and support system.
  • Schedule and conduct online or in-person meetings with prospective investors.
  • Maintain a structured pipeline and provide regular follow-up until deal closure.
  • Ensure monthly acquisition targets are met (e.g., 5 new franchise sign-ups per month).
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process after sign-up.
  • Help new franchisees with documentation and guide them during the launch phase.
  • Meet monthly sales and conversion targets.
  • Assist in organizing or attending franchise expos and marketing campaigns if needed.

Key Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline (Business or Marketing preferred).
  • 1- 7 years of experience in franchise sales, telecalling, or inside sales (Retail or F&B preferred).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills in Hindi and English.
  • Ability to understand and explain business models and investment details clearly.
  • Comfortable working with sales targets and CRM systems.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally across India for meetings or events.
